Mindful awareness is the capacity to pay attention to the present moment with curiosity and kindness. Just like daily tooth brushing protects your teeth, daily mindfulness practice provides a preventive measure for mental well-being. Mindfulness is foundational to physical, social, emotional, and behavioral health. Regular practice supports the mental wellness of children, families, and staff by reducing stress, fostering resilience, |and increasing compassion and connection with others.

Inner Explorer is a daily mindfulness program built for schools, early learning-12th grade, that provides 5-10 minute daily practice. Research shows our program enhances grades, test scores, attendance, and school climate while supporting educators' well-being. Available in both English & Spanish, providing 180 practices for each of 4 age bands.
